New member, Brandan Craft, is a practicing designer, entrepreneur, and educator in the area of interaction design. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Journalism and Graphic Communication at Florida A&M University where he teaches print and web-based graphic design courses. He is also the owner and principal designer at Starr360, LLC and AthleteShirts.com.

Brandan is a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University, where he received his M.F.A. Prior to that, he received his B.A. at the University of Pittsburgh.

Steven Stephenson – Student

Steven Stephenson leaped into the design industry about two years ago focusing in Print, Web, and Identity Design. In the two years that he has been freelance he has been able to design for many companies, start up businesses, institutions around the US and has also studios in the DMV area. He is currently a senior at Bowie State University. Afterwards he plans to freelance full time and continue his studies in design to become a professor.

Jonathan Swann is a graphic designer with over 8 years of experience in web, print, and motion graphics. He has become a premier website designer in the DC metropolitan area where he resides, as well as nationally. Jonathan has designed for major organizations and institutions, including Volunteers of America, the University of Chicago, Bowie State University, the National Medical Association, and many more. Jonathan has also held internships at BET (Black Entertainment Television) and most recently C-SPAN, where he integrated animation and interactive designs into C-SPAN websites, a step in a new direction for the network. He also has successfully branded many start-up companies in the DC metropolitan area.

Jonathan is a Senior at Bowie State University.
